rt1 tv. productions GmbH is aware that the protection of your privacy is a matter of high importance for you when browsing our websites. We are very serious about the protection of your personal data. We would thus like you to know, what kind of data we store and how we use it. With this data protection statement we would hence like to inform you of our data protection measures.

 

 

Area of application

This privacy statement is valid for all websites under responsibility of rt1 tv. productions GmbH. Insofar as our websites contain links to any third party offers, this privacy statement does not extend to these. rt1 tv. productions GmbH warrants for the privacy of your personal data. All employees are obligated to confidentiality in line with the [German] Federal Data Protection Act (§5 BDSG), and security precautions are kept up to date without undue delay. Beyond that, the company’s data protection officer ensures that data protection is adhered to and complied with.

 

 

Personal data

Personal data is information concerning your identity. This includes, e. g., information such as your name, address, telephone number, or email address. No personal data needs to be revealed necessarily when browsing our website. 

 

 

Collection and processing of personal data

In accordance with the principles of data reduction and data economy we only ask for personal data on our website when this is necessary for the purpose selected by you and/or you render this data voluntarily.

In certain cases we need your name and your address as well as further data so that we can furnish the desired services. The same is valid, e. g., for forwarding any documentation or ordered goods, or for answering individual questions. Where this is necessary, we refer to it accordingly.

 

We hence collect data on

  • information retrieved from proprietary rt1. tv productions GmbH web pages
     no personal data, but the individual IP address of your computer, which may lead back to you, as well as date and time, your browser type and the operating system of your computer as well as the pages you visited on our on-line portal
  • any email sent to us
    at least your name, your sender’s email address and your message, as well as voluntary data of further contact addresses (address, telephone number) to which we  are expected to reply to or where we can reach you.
  • registration and/or log-in process 
    personal data as far as necessary for the purpose of identification and/or use of services and/or for the completion of cashless money transfers. Such data are: first name and surname, date of birth, address, telephone number, email address, bank information.

 

Your express statement of consent for data communication is necessary for this purpose. Data is transmitted using an encryption process.

 

No personal web surfing profile or similar is created and/or processed.

 

As far as we employ service providers for execution and completion of handling processes, the relative contractual relationships are subject to the provisions of the [German] Federal Data Protection Act.

 

 

Intended purposes

The personal data you communicated via internet (e. g., name, address or email address) are exclusively used to communicate with you or to execute the purpose for which you made the data available to us.

In the case of lotteries with on-line registration, the separate references to data use in each respective condition of participation are to be heeded. We assure that we do not disclose your personal data to any third party, unless we are legally obligated or we have your consent.

 

 

Right of rectification and right to object

You have a right to information on all personal data we stored about you. You furthermore have the right to demand the correction of any incorrect data as well as the deletion of your personal data insofar as there are no legal regulations specifying an obligation to store this data. Under the legal provisions you also have a right to blocking your data. To this purpose, you only need to send an email to the email address listed in the imprint or to the data protection officer.

 

 

Use of Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on the computer of an internet user. Their purpose is, e. g., controlling the connections during your visit on internet sites.

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). In case IP-anonymisation is activated on this website, your IP address will be truncated within the area of Member States of the European Union or other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases the whole IP address will be first transfered to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. The IP-anonymisation is active on this website.
